Real Estate investing, renovating, and selling is by far the most fun I have had running any business in my adult life. I can not even begin to explain how much I have learned in such a short period of time. However, my battle scars do run deep! From burst pipes and floating carpets, to swimming pool basements and new septic system installations, the past 18 months has brought a lot of turbulence. The good news is that through this process we have experienced and learned so much, that we have very quickly become seasoned veterans to the game. If only I knew back then what I know now, who knows if I even would have traveled this path. Each day that goes by, I thank God I did!
I also thank all of our trusted investors, yes there about 20 of you, who trusted in us when we knew nothing! Whether we made money, broke even, or even lost money, we always kept you in first place by paying those secured returns each and every month we had your money. The even better news, is that NOW WE ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING! We thank you for taking a chance with us, when many people said no. NOW, many of the people who wanted to see us perform (and rightfully so) are looking to see if there is room in our business plan to invest. Well, I suppose we can still offer above market returns, but I can gaurentee this, they will not be as high the people who trusted us at the ground level. After all, the hardest part is over and now the risk is minimal. No more learning curve, no more sleepless nights, no more digging into credit lines to pay our investors. NOW our game is a very profitable one. We acquire property at great discounts, negotiate low fix up costs, and sell below market value. At any given time, we have the best product on the market, and we pride ourselves in that.
Currently we have a proven track record returning nearly $5,000,000 of invested capital back to our investors. Yes, $5,000,000!!!
So, for you, all the hard work has been done! Both by us and the 20 people who trusted us with that first $5,000,000.
The greatest news is that it is not too late.
