The Gadles Group and Gadles Development Team are headed down to Texas on multi purpose visit. Checking on Villa Ana, the companies first 150+ unit apartment complex finally walking on its own and getting ready for refinancing. We were also just approved for a government grant (FREE MONEY!!!) in the amount of $700,000 to improve the propety and increase the value substantially…for FREE!
We are then headed up to North East Houston to check out Grayson Falls, our latest pursuit. Grayson boasts a massive 308 unit complex and spans over 11 acres. We are very excited and look forward to reporting our findings later this week. Stay tuned!
